Bishal Gurau is one of the best dancer of Nepal  He is leader of The Nepholic Crew of Nepal. he is 20 years old . he started dance from 4 years old .His home (Kudiya-2) is currently located in Sutta village, Palika-3 Nawalparasi.

 He won Nawalparasi  idol  1st season and he also paticipate many Dance competition. His group Nepholic crew also participate on Dance plus season 3 on star plus channel  . Now Nepholic Crew started Nepholic Dance studio in Chitwan  Narayanghat Nepal. he has completed +2 on computer science from Gurukul higher secondary school chitwan
